Lewis Grand Hotel is a 70-room mid-rise on Don Juico Avenue — Perimeter Road, the road along the old Clark fence — in Malabañas, roughly twelve minutes' walk from the Walking Street arch or a couple of minutes by trike. It's one of the newer-generation Perimeter Road hotels: business-hotel bones, marble in the lobby, and a bit more polish than the older garden hotels along the same road.
Rooms are the strong suit. All of them have proper bathrooms with rain showers (a genuine rarity at this price in Angeles), decent beds, flat-screens, fridges and free Wi-Fi that reviewers describe as adequate rather than fast — fine for messaging, patchy for streaming at busy times. Higher floors get a view over Malabañas and the Clark side. There's a 24-hour restaurant and bar doing Asian and international dishes, a small pool with a bit of garden around it, and a modest gym. Reviewers are mixed on the pool — some call it lovely, some barely notice it — so think of it as a dip rather than a swim.
Rates on the booking sites have bounced around a lot: I've seen everything from bargain-basement to over ₱3,400, with around ₱2,200 a fair low-season expectation (Aug 2026). Breakfast is included on most rates and is a decent buffet.
Guest policy: I couldn't find a clear, current statement either way in August 2026. Perimeter Road hotels are generally relaxed, and the Lewis Grand has hosted plenty of nightlife visitors, but "ask at the desk" is the honest answer. Visitors will need photo ID regardless.
Noise: low to moderate. Perimeter Road carries traffic and the odd bar, but the rooms are well sealed and the higher floors are quiet. Who it suits: the visitor who wants a modern, clean room with a good bathroom, near Perimeter Road's cheaper bars and diners, with Walking Street a short trike away — and the Clark business traveller who'd rather be near the fun than in the Freeport.
