Eurotel Angeles is the tall, slightly incongruous tower you'll spot from half of Balibago — it's the one in the skyline photos — standing at the Fields Avenue end of Don Juico Avenue (Perimeter Road) in Malabañas. From the front door it's about eight minutes' walk to the Walking Street arch, and two minutes to the Perimeter Road bars in the other direction, which makes it one of the best-located cheap beds in town.
It's a chain hotel with a "European-style" fit-out that mostly means neutral colours and a lift, and 68 rooms that are clean, plain and bigger than the price suggests. Reviewers in 2025–26 keep saying the same things: friendly, accommodating staff, clean rooms, occasional free upgrades, and — the recurring gripe — some rooms have no window and the sheets and fittings can look tired. If you care about daylight, ask for an outside room with a window when you book and again at the desk.
There's no pool and no gym. There is a restaurant on the ground floor, breakfast at a surcharge on the cheapest rates (some rates and reviewers mention it included — check your booking), an ATM in the lobby, free parking and free Wi-Fi that does the job. Rates on the booking sites start remarkably low — around ₱1,100–1,400 a night in low season (Aug 2026), midweek cheapest — which is why it's permanently busy with a mix of Filipino business travellers, Korean visitors heading to Clark, and Western blokes on a budget.
Guest policy: I couldn't get a clear, current statement in August 2026. It appears on some guest-friendly lists without detail, and it's a big anonymous chain hotel where a registered visitor with ID is unlikely to raise eyebrows — but ask at the desk rather than assume, and expect to be asked for her ID.
Noise: moderate. You're on a main road and the lower floors hear it; go high. Who it suits: the budget traveller who wants a clean bed, a lift, and both Fields Avenue and Perimeter Road within a few minutes' walk, and who'll be swimming at someone else's pool.
