Night Moves is one of the small girly bars strung along Perimeter Road — Don Juico Avenue on the signs — and one of the names that keeps turning up whenever anyone lists what's out here. It had its own entry in a local directory back in the mid-2010s and it was on the "open" side of the ledger in the early-2021 round-up, when a lot of the road had gone dark. That's a respectable run for a small bar on this stretch. I don't have a fresh 2026 sighting from two independent sources, so I've marked it unverified; treat it as a strong "probably" rather than a promise.
The name tells you the pitch. Night Moves is a night bar in the Perimeter mould: a compact room with a counter, a few tables and stools, a handful of ladies who'll sit with you for a ladies' drink, cold beer at fence-road prices, and — as far as anything I've read says — no stage. Some Perimeter rooms of this size put a small platform in and call themselves a go-go; if Night Moves has, nobody's told me, and I'd rather undersell it than have you walk in expecting Dollhouse.
Money, my August 2026 estimate for the small bars along here: roughly ₱80–120 for a San Mig Light and ₱150–260 for a ladies' drink. Ask before you order the first ladies' drink and pay as you go, which is not a comment on Night Moves — it's the habit that keeps every night in Angeles cheap and cheerful.
The crowd is the road's own: expats who live along Perimeter and treat these rooms as their locals, guests from the Clarkton and the ABC and the smaller hotels, retired servicemen, and the odd party who've come out from Walking Street for a cheaper second half. It's sleepy before nine and pleasantly busy after eleven, and nobody minds if you nurse a beer.
Harry says: Bob Seger has a lot to answer for — half the bars in Southeast Asia are named after that song. This one has kept the sign longer than most, and on Perimeter Road that's the only review that counts. Walk in, count the smiles, and if the beer's cold and the company's kind, stay a while.
