Skytrax — Skytrax Superclub on the sign these days, Skytrax Disco to anyone who's been around a while — is the club Angeles City locals go to. It sits on Fields Avenue at the Constine Street corner, right where the pedestrian stretch of Walking Street ends on the Perimeter Road side, and it claims to have been partying since 1991, which makes it one of the longest-running names on the whole avenue.

It's not huge: a two-storey room that comfortably holds maybe 150 people, with a dance floor downstairs, a mezzanine for those who'd rather watch, strobes in every corner and a sound system that punches well above the size of the place. The house MC is a fixture — a Filipino hype-man who keeps the crowd bouncing between DJ sets and drags birthday groups up for a shout-out. Music is hip hop, R&B, OPM (Filipino pop) and whatever's charting, with occasional live acts; the club pulled in the American singer Iyaz for a two-night stand in June 2025, which tells you it's still investing rather than fading.

The important thing to understand is the crowd. This is a Filipino disco that happens to be on Fields Avenue, not a bar for tourists with a dance floor bolted on. Young locals, groups of Filipinas on a night out, off-duty bar staff, some Koreans, and a scattering of foreigners who wandered in from Walking Street. Some Western reviewers have felt out of place; others say it's the most fun they had all trip precisely because nobody was working the room. Manners and a smile go a long way. Nobody's going to sell you a ladies' drink here — there's no such system — which is refreshing after four hours of it.

Cover charge is modest and changes with the night: historically free Monday to Thursday and around ₱120–200 on weekends, usually including a drink; special events are ticketed separately. Beer is cheap by strip standards — expect ₱100–150 for a local bottle (Aug 2026), cocktails a bit more, and shisha priced like a small hotel room, so don't order it to impress anyone.

Stable tip: Skytrax doesn't get going until after eleven and peaks around one. If you're doing Walking Street first, it's a natural last stop that's a five-minute walk from anything on the strip.

Skytrax Superclub: quick answers

Are foreigners welcome at Skytrax?

+
Yes, but you will be a minority in a mostly Filipino crowd, and the club makes no special effort for tourists. Go with a local friend or a group, be polite, and it is a good night; go expecting Walking Street service and you may feel out of place.

How much is the entrance fee at Skytrax?

+
Typically free Monday to Thursday and around ₱120–200 on Friday to Sunday, usually including a drink (Aug 2026, check the door). Concerts and special events are ticketed separately at higher prices.

What time should I get to Skytrax?

+
Not before 23:00. The room fills from about midnight and peaks around 01:00–02:00, especially on Saturdays. It is a natural last stop after Walking Street, a few minutes’ walk away.
