Midnight Cruiser is one of the small off-strip rooms on Fields Avenue toward the Perimeter Road end — the same stretch as After Dark and Brown Sugar, where the bars get smaller, the beer gets cheaper and the greeters get keener. Its full sign reads Midnight Cruiser Music Lounge, and at least one directory lists it as the successor to a room called Insomnia Bar and as the next-door neighbour of Passion, which is why you'll usually see the two mentioned in the same breath.
I'll be straight with you: this is one of the least documented bars on the site. What I can tell you is what the "music lounge" tag usually means around here. These are compact rooms — a stage or a raised platform, a bar down one wall, seats for a few dozen — where the sound system does a lot of the work and the line-up is smaller than the big Walking Street houses. Some of them lean toward Korean and Filipino guests, with hostess seating and a KTV screen; some are straightforward go-go. I'd expect Midnight Cruiser to be somewhere in that range, but I haven't confirmed the current set-up.
Prices on this stretch have always undercut the strip. As of August 2026 I'd budget roughly ₱130–170 for a San Mig Light and ₱250–350 for a ladies' drink at any of the off-strip rooms, then check the menu, because a "music lounge" can also mean bottle-service pricing on the top shelf. Pay as you go on your first visit.
Harry says: the honest way to use this page is as a marker on the map. Walk out past the barrier at the end of Walking Street, look for the Midnight Cruiser and Passion signs together, and see whether the lights are on. If they are, it's a low-stakes stop — you'll know inside two minutes whether it's your kind of room. If they're not, you're a short walk from Brown Sugar and Phillies and you've lost nothing.
Stable tip: on this stretch a greeter may quote you a "promo" beer price to get you in — that's fine, but ask what a ladies' drink costs before you buy the first one, and settle up as you go.
