Passion — Passion Music Lounge on the signage — sits next to Midnight Cruiser on the off-strip stretch of Fields Avenue toward the Perimeter Road end, a short walk past the barrier at the end of Walking Street. Everything I know about it comes from listings that pair the two rooms together and from the site's own photo of the frontage; if you've been in and want to put me right, the Mail Bag is open.
That makes this the thinnest page on the site, and I'd rather say so than pad it out. Here's what I can usefully tell you. The rooms on this stretch are small — a raised stage or platform, a bar along one wall, seating for a few dozen — and they run on the same system as the strip: you buy your own drink, you buy a ladies' drink if you want company at your table, and the mamasan will happily introduce you. "Music lounge" on the sign sometimes signals a room that leans toward Korean and Filipino guests, with hostess seating and a KTV screen, and sometimes just means the owner liked the phrase. I haven't confirmed which applies here.
Prices on the off-strip stretch have long undercut Walking Street. As of August 2026 I'd budget roughly ₱130–170 for a San Mig Light and ₱250–350 for a ladies' drink at any of these rooms — but I want to be clear that's a stretch-wide estimate, not a Passion menu. Ask before you order and pay as you go until you're comfortable.
Harry says: I'm not going to invent an atmosphere I haven't sat in. What I'll say is that this end of the avenue rewards the curious. The bars are close together, the greeters are chatty, and the worst that happens if a room isn't your style is that you finish your beer and walk twenty metres. Peek in, count the smiles, decide.
Stable tip: if a small lounge is empty at nine, that's normal here — the off-strip rooms fill from about eleven when people spill off Walking Street. Don't judge on an early look.
