Kokomo's Restaurant sits on the busy corner of Fields Avenue and A. Santos Street in Balibago, Angeles City, under the Kokomo's Hotel and beside its bars, and it hasn't closed its doors in years — the restaurant and both bars run 24 hours a day. If you've walked from Walking Street toward Perimeter Road you've passed it, and probably been waved at from a table.
The menu is famously vast. Breakfast (American or Filipino, French toast combos, big omelettes) is served around the clock; then there are burgers, pizzas that regulars rate, steaks, Thai and Chinese plates, Indian curries, Mexican, pasta, and a fair few Filipino dishes. Portions are big — sharing is a legitimate strategy — and prices are mid-range for Fields: think a few hundred pesos for a breakfast or a burger, more for steaks, as of Aug 2026.
The real draw is the corner. The open front looks straight onto the avenue traffic, the trikes, the greeters and the parade of characters heading in and out of the strip. Grab a table on the edge with a coffee at 10am or a beer at 2am and you'll understand Angeles faster than any guide can explain it. There's a pool for hotel guests and the bars next door tick over all night with music.
Reviews are mixed on consistency — some visits are better than others — but for location, hours and sheer choice it remains one of the most useful addresses on Fields Avenue.
