Everybody's Cafe is the restaurant that has been putting proper Kapampangan cooking in front of Filipino families since 1967, when the first official branch opened on MacArthur Highway in San Fernando, the provincial capital 20 minutes down the road. For decades it also ran a branch in the BPI Arcade at Nepo Mart in downtown Angeles City, which is the one most visitors to Fields Avenue would reach for.

Here's the honest bit, as of August 2026: some directories now list the Angeles Nepo Mart branch as closed, and I couldn't get two solid confirmations that it's serving. Ring ahead or check the Maps link before you make the trip. The San Fernando original is very much alive — daily, roughly 8am to 8pm — and it's an easy Grab ride, so I've kept the page because the food is worth the detour.

It's turo-turo style: dishes sit in trays and you point. Morcon (rolled stuffed beef) is the house best-seller, and it's the one everyone comes back for. Then the exotica that made Pampanga's name — betute tugak (stuffed frog), kamaru (mole crickets, sautéed crisp), tapang kalabaw (carabao tapa) — alongside kare-kare, dinuguan, kilayin, sisig, pancit luglug and a serious hot tsokolate. Halo-halo to finish.

It isn't cheap for a carinderia — morcon runs ₱600–750 a serve as of Aug 2026 and plates are meant for sharing — and the rooms are old-school rather than smart. Nobody comes for the decor. They come because their lola did.

Everybody's Cafe: quick answers

Is Everybody’s Cafe in Angeles still open?

Unclear as of August 2026 — some listings show the Nepo Mart branch as closed and I could not confirm otherwise. The original on MacArthur Highway in San Fernando is open daily. Check the Maps link or call before you go.

What should I order at Everybody’s Cafe?

+
Morcon is the house classic. For the full Kapampangan experience add betute (stuffed frog) or kamaru (mole crickets), then kare-kare and a hot tsokolate. Everything is meant for sharing, so go with a mate.
