Champagne Bar sits opposite Shooterz on Walking Street, close to Viking, a fair way along the strip from the Fields Avenue entrance. It’s been part of the furniture for years, but as of August 2026 I couldn’t confirm from two current sources that it’s open under this name — the listing is thin and the reviews are old — so I’ve marked it unverified. Look for the sign; if it’s lit, everything below still applies.
What Champagne has always offered is space. Where some rooms pack you in knee to knee, the layout here was well spread out — even with a decent crowd in you had your own bit of counter and a clear view of the stage. The line-up was solid rather than enormous, the dancers put on a proper show, and the handful of Google reviews talk up ‘fantastic happy-hour deals’, which is worth knowing on a strip where early-evening discounts are the best value going. The listed hours ran later than most, from around 18:00 to 04:00.
Prices, last time I looked, were mid-strip: local beer somewhere in the ₱120–160 range and ladies’ drinks from about ₱300 in 2026 money, no cover. The system is the same as everywhere on Walking Street — your drinks, her drinks, a tip for the girl who looked after you, and a mamasan to help you meet people if you’re shy.
Harry remembers Champagne as a good ‘breather’ bar. You’ve done Dollhouse, you’ve done the ship, your ears are ringing, and you want somewhere you can sit back with a cold one and still see the stage — that was Champagne. Whether it still is, I honestly can’t promise this month. Angeles bars get sold, refitted and renamed with cheerful regularity, and a name that has been on the strip for a decade can be gone by the next dry season. Check before you go, and if it’s still there, tell the Horse.
